Obituary
Ms. Sceola McClain, age 80, of Spartanburg, SC., passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023.
She was a native of Metter, GA, born to the late Cecil and Juanita Donaldson on May 7, 1943. She was the widow of Joe L. McClain.
Ms. McClain was a Jehovah Witness at the Spartanburg North Congregation.
She is survived by her daughter, Connie Wright; sons, Keith Newkirk, Dennis Newkirk, Rickey (Juana) Newkirk, and Kawruae (Debbie) SaJaad, all of Asbury Park, NJ; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Doris Tremble. A host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 from 3:00p.m.-4:00p.m. at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 following the visitation at Dixon Grove Cemetery, Metter, GA 30439.
We will adhere to CDC guidelines.
