Mr. Warren Joey Hall, age 60, passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021 in Wilmington, NC. He was born on August 14, 1960 to Mr. Charlie Hall and Mrs. Etta Mae Bacon Hall in Statesboro, Ga. He was educated in the Bulloch County school system and was a 1978 graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School. After graduation, he joined the Marine Corps and served 4 years.
Loved ones and friends called him by his middle name Joey. He loved playing football.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Stanley Hall; his first wife, Ethel Victoria Mayhand; and his second wife, Myra Lynn Hall.
He leaves fond memories to be cherished by; his parents, Charlie Hall and Etta Mae Bacon Hall of Statesboro, Ga.; his stepson, Jason (Latasha) Marsh of Siler City, NC; his step-grandchildren, Serenity Marsh and Shiloh Marsh of Siler City, NC; his loving sisters, Stacey Hall, Marcie Hall and Erica Hall all of Statesboro, Ga., Patricia (Leviticus) Stinson of Savannah, Ga.; his loving brothers, Danny Hall, Jason Hall, both of Statesboro, Ga., Michael Hall of Atlanta, Ga., and Wallace (Cynthia) Hall of Anniston, Ala.; a loving and special cousin, Debra Griffin of Guyton, Ga.; his best friend, Fletcher Siler of Siler City, NC; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
No walk-through viewing will be held.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 1:00 PM, at Mount Calvary Holiness Church, 578 Stockyard Road, Staley, NC, 27355.
