Mr. Willie Lee Bacon, Sr. age 60, of Pembroke, Ga., passed away Tuesday morning September 20th at Saint Joseph Hospital in Savannah, Ga., after a brief illness. He was employed with Asplundh Tree Experts Company of Savannah, Ga. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting, fishing, and enjoyed having a good time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Redella Bacon of Pembroke, Ga., two daughters Mrs. Karen(Willie) Goldsby and Ms. Angie McFadden both of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; four sons Mr. Willie Bacon Jr., Mr. William(Elease) Bacon and Mr. Otis Bacon all of Glennville, Ga., and Mr. Jared(Shavell) Walker of Pembroke, Ga.; six sisters Ms. Delanne Bacon, Mrs. Annie J.(Athon) Smith, Mrs. Shelia(Amillio) Ford, and Ms Shaneeka Ford all of Glennville, Ga., Ms. Vickie McKenzie, and Ms. Renee Bacon both of Reidsville, Ga.; four brothers Mr. Jack(Laura) Bacon of Glennville, Ga., Mr. Percy Lee(Jackie) Bacon of Hinesville, Ga., Mr. Clarence(Kim Fae) Bostic of Atlanta, Ga., and Steven Bacon of Reidsville, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services Saturday September 24, 2011 at noon at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, Groveland, Ga., with Rev. James Bulloch, eulogist and Rev. Dr. L. Perry McNeal, Pastor. Interment will be held in Smith Cemetery, Wade Carter Road, Ellabell, Ga. Family visitations will be Friday September 23, 2011 from 7-8pm at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel
