Mr. Wilfrid Franois, age 66, passed on Wednesday January 18th after a long illness at Candler Hospital in Savannah, Ga. He was owner and operator of DW Yellow Cab of Statesboro. He was a native of Port Prince Hati, but resided in Bulloch County since 2001. He is preceded in death by his father Savois Franois and his mother Citelia Jacinthe. He is survived by his loving wife Mrs. Cynthia Diane Franois of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving daughters Izayla Franois of Statesboro, Ga., Ebony Franois of Boston, Mass., Jelissa Franois and Natsha Franois both of Port Prince, Hati; his loving sons Willer (Shay) Franois of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., Isaiah Franois of Statesboro, Ga., Claude-Ariel (Delouis) Franois of Port Prince, Hati., and Menal Sterling of Paris; his loving sisters Antonine Franois, Sam Sanon, Sadrac (Margareth) Franois, and Jackson Franois all of Montreal, Canada; a loving mother-in-law Delorise Flonory of Boston, Mass.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends visitations will be held Sunday January 22, 2017 from 6-7pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Home Going Celebration for Mr. Wilfrid Franois will be held Monday January 23, 2017 at 11am in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, 238 West Main Street, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Donald Mathis, Officiating. Interment will be held in Bulloch Memorial Gardens, Hwy. 80 East , Statesboro, Ga. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
