Mr. Thomas Berry, age 66, passed peacefully away on Friday November 23rd at Community Hospice House in Vidalia, Ga., after an extended illness. He was a Bryan County native but resided in Glennville, Ga., for many years. He attended the Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church in Groveland, Ga. He was employed with Glennville Hatchery in Glennville, Ga. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Janie Berry of Glennville, Ga.; his daughter Ms. Debra Williams of Claxton, Ga., his step-children Mrs. Gena(Thaddeus) Baker of Fayetteville, N.C., Ms. Shirley Brown of Norristown, Penn., Mr. Billy Harvey of Melvin, Arkansas, Mr. Leroy Harvey of Morgan, Ga., and Mr. Jermaine(Francis) Harvey of Nolfork, Va.; a sister Mrs. Lula(Willie) Roberson of Savannah, Ga.; two brothers Mr. Curtis(Francis) Cuttray and Mr. Isaiah(Lula) Cuttray both of Savannah, Ga.; a special and devoted cousin Evonne Porter of Savannah, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday December 1, 2012 at 11am at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, Groveland, Ga., with the Rev. Craig R. Tremble, Eulogist and the Rev. Victor Brewton, Pastor. Interment will be held in the Salem Cemetery, Groveland, Ga. Mr. Thomas Berry will lie-in-state from 10am until funeral hour. Viewing will be Friday November 30, 2012 from 2-8pm at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
