Mrs. Sherry Jackson Kirkland, age 49, passed into eternal rest on Sunday evening February 12th at her residence in Swainsboro, Ga. She was a Bulloch County native, but resided in Emanuel County for the past ten years. She was a member of Ohoopee Grove Baptist Church of Swainsboro, Ga. She attended Southeast Bulloch High School and was a 1992 graduate of Ogeechee Technical College. She was employed with Nordson Cooperation of Swainsboro, Ga. She is survived by four daughters Mrs. Marcellea(Bryan) Porter, Ms. Ebony Jackson, Mrs. Sharon(Carl) Banks all of Statesboro, Ga., Mrs. Shelay(Shawn) Smith of Columbus, Ga.; two sons Mr. Adrian Hill of Statesboro, Ga., and Mr. Wayne Jackson of Tifton, Ga.; four sisters Mrs. Jan(Ivory) Bowens of Pembroke, Ga., Ms. Linda Jackson and Mrs. Madrilla Jackson both of Boston, and Mrs. Phyllis Howard of Savannah, Ga.; a brother Mr. Johnny Jackson of Boston; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday February 18, 2012 at 1pm in the Chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, 238 West Main Street, Statesboro, Ga. Interment will be in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, Arcola Road, Brooklet Ga. Family visitations will be Friday February 17, 2012 from 7-8pm at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel.
