Mr. Sherman Melvin, III age 49, of Bulloch County passed away on Friday June 24th at his residence. He was a graduate of Monroe High School of Albany, Ga., and attended Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Ga. He resided in Atlanta, Ga., for many years before returning back to Bulloch County. He is survived by a loving father Mr. Sherman Melvin, Jr., of Brooklet, Ga.; his loving sisters Mikesha Seay of Texas and Micola Seay of Marietta, Ga.; his loving brothers Michael Seay , Myron Seay, and Marshannon Seay all of Texas, John Brannen Melvin of Albany, Ga., Shannon Caldwell of Newnan, Ga., Bryce McPherson of Savannah, Ga., and Kory Demond Melvin of Pulaski, Ga.; a loving great aunt Mrs. Essie Mae Jones of Statesboro, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Sherman Melvin, III will be held Saturday July 2, 2016 at 1:30pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, 238 West Main Street, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Ronnie Melvin, Officiating. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
