Ms. Sharon Byrd, age 43, passed away on Tuesday July 5th from injuries sustain in a automobile accident. She was a native of Oklahoma City, OK., but resided in Bulloch County for many years. She was a graduate of Franklin High School of Rochester, N.Y., and Ogeechee Technical College with a degree in Pharmacy Technology. She was employed with Quick RX Pharmacy of Springfield, Ga. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church of Statesboro, Ga. She is survived by a loving daughter Ms. Tangi Byrd of Statesboro, Ga.; her loving parents Ms. Jackie Byrd of Statesboro, Ga., and Mr. Julius Johnson Sr., of Americus, Ga.; her loving brothers Mr. Leroy Mincey Jr., of Statesboro, Ga., and Mr. Julius M. Johnson, of Newark, N.J.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends visitations will be held Tuesday July 12, 2016 from 7-8pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Home Going Celebration for Ms. Sharon Byrd will be held Wednesday July 13, 2016 at 11am in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, 238 West Main Street, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Kenneth Bevel, officiating. A graveside service will be held Thursday July 14, 2016 at 11am at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Highway 118 West, Smithville, Ga. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
