Roy Mumford Obituary Mr. Roy Anthony Mumford, age 53, of Statesboro, Ga., passed at his residence on Thursday, June 4, 2020. He was a Bulloch county native. He is survived by his children Mr. Mark (Rebecca) Mumford of Waycross, Ga., Ms. Mkayla Williams of Hinesville, Ga., and his mother Mrs. JoAnn Brack Mumford of Statesboro, Ga. Services for Mr. Roy A.
