Mrs. Rosa Lee Tremble Clifton, age 87, passed peacefully away on Thursday February 13th at East Georgia Regional Medical Center after an extended illness. She was a Bulloch County native and a member of the Mount Zion A.M.E Church where she served as a Missionary and Stewardess. She was an active member of the Bulloch County Senior Citizen Center of Statesboro, Ga. She is survived by her loving daughters Ms. Jeanette Clifton and Mrs. Wilhemina Walker(Bruce) both of Statesboro, Ga.; her loving sons Mr. James Earl Clifton, Mr. Freddie Clifton(Priscilla), and Mr. Louis Clifton, Mr. Hollis Ray Tremble(Penny) all of Statesboro, Ga.; her loving brother Mr. Ernest Tremble of Atlanta, Ga.; special grandchild Gracie; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family visitations for Mrs. Rosa Lee Tremble Clifton will be Thursday February 20th from 7-8pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Home Going Celebration for Mrs. Rosa Lee Tremble Clifton will be Friday February 21st at 11am at Mount Zion A.M.E Church, Hwy. 24 East, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Craig R. Tremble, Officiating and the Rev. Earl Perkins, Pastor. Interment will be held in Church Cemetery. Mrs. Rosa Lee Tremble Clifton will lie-in-state from 10am until funeral hour, there will be no viewing after eulogy. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
