Mrs. Phyllis Moore McBride, age 47, passed into eternal rest on Tuesday December 13th at the Palmetto Baptist Hospital in Columbia, S.C., after an extended illness. She was a Bulloch County native, but resided in Irmo, S.C., for many years. She was a 1982 graduate of Statesboro High School. She was employed with Allstate Insurance Company of Columbia, S.C. She is survived by her husband Mr. Albert McBride of Irmo, S.C.; her children Ms. Taliah McBride, Mr. Philip McBride and Mr. Sterling McBride all of Irmo, S.C.; her parents Mr. and Mrs. Jozell(Frankie) Moore of Statesboro, Ga.; three sisters Mrs. Inez Holmes of Ludowic, Ga., Mrs. Ruby Kaliaf of Beech Island, S.C., and Mrs. Frankie Henry of Kentucky; three brothers Mr. Jozell Moore Jr., of Rockyford, Ga., Mr. Edgar Moore of Statesboro, Ga., and Mr. Charles Moore of Pascaqula, Miss.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held Sunday December 18, 2011 at 2pm at Statesboro Deliverance Evangelistic Church, 1029 Suite 5 Hwy. 301 South, Statesboro, Ga., with Pastor Melvin Williams, officiating. Interment will be held in Little Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. McBride will lie-in-state from 1:30pm until funeral hour, no viewing after eulogy. Family visitations will be Saturday December 17, 2011 from 7-8pm at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel.
