Mr. Pervis Williams, age 77, passed peacefully on Thursday August 31st at his residence in Brooklyn, N.Y. He was a Bulloch County native, but resided in Brooklyn New York for many years. He retired as a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. Ernest Williams and Mrs. Eudell Williams, and his wife Mrs. Leatrice Lester Williams. He is survived by his loving daughter Mrs. Eudell (Jeffery) Hayes of New Rochelle, N.Y.; his loving sons Mr. Freddie Williams of New Jersey, and Mr. Cleveland Williams of Brooklyn, N.Y.; his loving sisters Ms. Wynnette Williams of New York, N.Y., Ms. Shirley Williams and Ms. Maddie Williams both of Manhattan, N.Y., Ms. Glenda Williams, Ms. Vivian Williams, and Ms. Patricia Williams all of Atlanta, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing will be held Saturday September 16, 2017 from 10am until funeral hour in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Home Going Celebration for Mr. Pervis Williams will be held Saturday September 16, 2017 at 11am in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, 238 West Main Street, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Craig R. Tremble, Officiating. Interment will be held in the St. Mary's Baptist Church Cemetery, 2227 Mallard Pond Road, Statesboro, Ga. Craig R.
