Pastor Mary Lee Ellison, age 57, passed peacefully on Thursday June 9th at Ogeechee Area Hospice after an extended illness. She was a Bulloch County native and employed with Georgia Southern University. She served as the Pastor of the Holy Zion Holiness Church of Statesboro, Ga. She is survived by one daughter Mrs. Amanda(Nelson) Livingston of Statesboro, Ga.; one son Mr. James Ellison of Statesboro, Ga.; her mother Mrs. Susie Ellison of Statesboro, Ga.; one sister Mrs. Maggie(Terry) Kelly of Statesboro, Ga.; four brothers Mr. Eugene(Debolia) Wright of Statesboro, Ga., Mr. Edward(Annie)Percell of Portal, Ga., Mr. John Wright Jr. of Durham, N.C., and Mr. Robert(Betty) Percell Jr. of Miami, Fla.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday June 14, 2011 at 1pm at Agape Worship Center, West Grady Street, Statesboro, Ga., with Pastor Gail Norwood, eulogist. Interment will be held in Parrish Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Twin City. Family visitations will be Monday June 13, 2011 from 7-8pm at The Holy Zion Holiness Church, Solomon Circle, Statesboro Ga.
