Mr. L.J. Bryant, age 68, of Pembroke, Ga., passed peacefully on Wednesday evening July 29th at his residence under the professional care of Hospice Savannah. He was a Bryan county native and was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force having served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the St. John A.M.E Church of Pembroke, Ga. He is survived by his loving son Mr. Leon Bryant of Pelham, Ga.; his loving sisters Ms. Mary Bryant and Mrs. Faye Kelly both of Pembroke, Ga., Mrs. Deloris Vann(Craig) of Bloomingdale, Ga., Mrs. Lauretta Miller(James) of Meldrim, Ga.; his loving brothers Mr. Randy Bryant of Albany, Ga., and Mr. Charles Bryant of Savannah, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing for Mr. L.J. Bryant will be held Friday July 31, 2015 from 2-8pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel. Home Going Celebration for Mr. L.J. Bryant will be Saturday August 1, 2015 at 11am at St. John A.M.E Church, Benton Street, Pembroke, Ga., with the Rev. George Bush, Pastor. Interment will be held in Stevens Grove Cemetery, Pembroke Ga. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
