Ms. Linda McCormick, age 61, passed on Tuesday July 28, 2011 at the Hamilton Park Rehabilitation Center in Jersey City, New Jersey. She was a Bulloch County native having resided in Jersey City, New Jersey for many years. She retired from the United States Postal Service of Kearney, New Jersey. She was a 1967 graduate of William James High School. She is survived by one son Jason McCormick of Newark, N.J.; two sisters Frances(Sabur) Bismillah of Savannah, Ga., and Patty Hendrix of Statesboro, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday August 6, 2011 at 1:30pm in the Chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro, Ga., with Pastor Daryl S. Anderson, officiating. Interment will be held in Eastside Cemetery, East Oliff Street, Statesboro, Ga. Family visitations will be Friday August 5, 2011 from 6-8pm at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel.
