Mrs. Leonia Hamilton Howard, age 85, passed peacefully away Tuesday February 25th at her residence. She was a Bulloch County native and a member of the Little Bethel Baptist Church of Brooklet, Ga. She is survived by her loving children Ms. Delorise Howard of Statesboro, Ga., Mrs. Jessie Mae Lemon(Herman) of Brooklet, Ga., Ms. Mamie Lee McNeil of Sylvania, Ga., Ms. Adella Howard(Tyrone) of Atlanta, Ga., Mrs. Diane Clark(Stanley) of Alexandria, VA., Mr. Hinson Howard Jr.(Linda) of Jacksonville, Fl., Mr. Joe Howard of Tallahassee, Fl., Mr. Johnny Howard(Cassandra) of Memphis, TN.; a loving daughter-in-law Mrs. Evonne Howard of Atlanta, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family visitations for Mrs. Leonia Howard will be Friday February 28th from 6-8pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Home Going Celebration for Mrs. Leonia Howard will be Saturday March 1st at 2:30pm at Little Bethel Baptist Church, Brooklet, Ga., with Pastor John McPhatter, Officiating. Interment will be held in Bulloch Memorial Gardens, Hwy. 80 East, Statesboro, Ga. Mrs. Leonia Howard will lie-in-state from 1:30pm until funeral hour, there will be no viewing after eulogy. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
