Joseph Childers Obituary Mr. Joseph Childers, age 62, passed on Friday April 20th at East Georgia Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. He was a Bulloch County native and was employed with Claxton Poultry of Claxton, Ga., until his health failed. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He is survived by his loving children Felicia Childers, Marcus Childers both of Statesboro, Ga., Reaver Childers of Atlanta, Ga., and Chadwick (Chanell) Childers of Stone Mountain, Ga.; his loving mother Mrs. Leona Childers of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving sisters Mrs. Martha (Paul) Garrentt of Hinesville, Ga., Mrs. Betty (Joe) Young of Hardeeville, S.C., Ms. Annie Childers and Ms. Marilyn Childers both of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving brothers Mr. Samuel (Peggy) Childers of Clito, Ga., and Mr. Wayne Childers of Stone Mountain, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends visitations will be held Thursday April 26, 2018 from 7-8pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Graveside Services for Mr. Joseph Childers will be held Friday April 27, 2018 at 10am at the Bulloch Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Hwy. 80 East, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Craig R. Tremble, Officiating. Interment will follow after services.
