Mr. John Paul Jones J.P., age 68, passed peacefully away Thursday August 8th at his residence under the professional care of Gentiva Hospice. He was a Bulloch County native. He was a farmer and enjoyed farming and growing his own crops. He is survived by his loving wife Mrs. Joann Jones of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving daughters Shirley Jones, Kela Jones, Vickie Jones, Candice Jones, LaTonya Jones Hazard(Ras) all of Massachusetts, and Crystal Jackson of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving sons Kenneth Morrell(Alene) and Charles Warshamy both of Statesboro, Ga., John Paul Jones Jr. of North Adams, Massachusetts, and Mark Lovett(Carlinne) of Melbourne, Fl.; his loving sisters Mary Washington, Louise Campbell(Ernest), Roselan Hagin, Ellen Taylor, Hilda Stewart, and Geraldine Jones all of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving brothers Winton Jones, Ronnie Jones(Dianne), and Levon Jones(Mae Helen) all of Statesboro, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family visitations will be Monday August 12th from 7-8pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Funeral services for Mr. John Paul Jones J.P. will be Tuesday August 13th at 2pm at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 197 Antioch Church Road, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Craig R. Tremble, officiating and the Rev. Richard Lawrence, Pastor. Interment will be held in Church Cemetery. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
