Mr. Jimmy Lee Spooley Walker, age 67, of Statesboro, Ga., passed away Friday morning November 27, 2015 at East Georgia Medical Center after an extended illness. He was a Bulloch County native and a member of Miller Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He was veteran of the United States Army where he served in Vietnam War. He is survived by his loving sisters Mrs. Edwena (Deacon Johnny) Rawls of Grovetown, Ga., Mrs. Gloria Jean(Luther) Tremble of Statesboro, Ga., and Mrs. Carrie Bell Jones of Jacksonville, Fl.; his loving brothers Deacon Bernest(Frances) Walker, and Mr. Willie(Betsy) Walker both of Statesboro, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing for Mr. Jimmy Lee Spooley Walker will be held Tuesday December 1, 2015 from 2pm-8pm at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Home Going Celebration for Mr. Jimmy Lee Spooley Walker will be held Wednesday December 2, 2015 at 11am at the Miller Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Hwy. 24 East, Statesboro, Ga., with the Pastor Harry James Tremble, Jr., Officiating. Interment will be held in Church Cemetery. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
