Mr. Jerome Lee, age 94, passed peacefully into eternal rest on Thursday May 2nd in Waukegan, Illinois. He was a Bulloch County native, but resided in Waukegan, Illinois for many years. He was a member of the Baptist faith. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Eleroe and Viola Lee of Bulloch County. He is survived by his daughters Ms. Helen G. Lee of Chicago, Illinois and Mrs. Virgina Cooper of Ft. Pierce, Florida.; a son Mr. Eleroe Lee Jr., of Chicago, Illinois; a brother Mr. Curtis Lee of Waukegan, Illinois; a devoted nephew and caregiver Mr. Walter Johnson of Waukegan, Illinois; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Viewing will be Friday May 10th from 9am until 5pm at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday May 11th at 11am in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, 238 West Main Street, Statesboro Ga., with the Rev. Craig R. Tremble, officiating. Interment will be held in Lee Cemetery, Statesboro, Ga. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
