Mrs. Jeanette Scott Pugh, age 76, passed away on Saturday November 21st at the Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Facility after an extended illness. She was a Chicago native, and resided in Detroit, Michigan before residing in Bulloch County for over 24 years. She was owner and operator of Madam Pugh Daycare before retiring in 2011. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God of Statesboro, Ga. She is survived by her loving children Ms. Vera Owens and Mr. Phillip Owens both of Statesboro, Ga., Mr. Eddie Owens of Glennville, Ga., Mr. Eugene(Ramona) Owens of Detroit, Michigan, and Mr. Leon (Margret) Owens of Brunswick, Ga.; a loving sister Mrs. Joann Hamilton of Detroit, Michigan; and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside Services for Mrs. Jeanette Pugh will be held Tuesday November 24, 2015 at 3pm in the Eastside Cemetery, Hwy. 80 West, Statesboro, Ga., with the Elder Donnell Harden, Officiating. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
