Mr. Harry James Tremble, Sr., age 74, entered peacefully into extended illness. He was a Bulloch County native and a retired farmer. He was also employed with the Bulloch County Coreection Institute until his health failed and co-owner of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home. He was a member of Mount Zion A.M.E Church where he faithfully served as a steward and trustee.
He leaves to cherish fond memories his wife Mrs. Johnnie Pearl Tremble of Statesboro, Ga.; a daughter Ms. Erica Tremble-Mobley of Statesboro, Ga.; three sons Rev. Harry J.(Geraldine) Tremble Jr., Rev. Craig R.(Yolanda) Tremble, and Mr. Elrico Tremble all of Statesboro, Ga.; a brother Mr. Phillip(Elizabeth) Tremble of Statesboro, Ga.; his grandsons Jacob, Joshua, Brandon, and Jordan Tremble all of Statesboro, Ga.; a uncle Mr. Paul(Roseita) Lee, Jr., of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday December 17, 2011 at 11am at Miller Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Hwy. 24 East, Statesboro, Ga., with Rev. Lewis Wilson, eulogist and Rev. Harry J. Tremble, Jr., Pastor. Interment will be held in Church Cemetery.
Mr. Harry J. Tremble Sr. will lie-in-state from 10am until funeral hour, no viewing after eulogy.
Family visitation will be Friday December 16, 2011 from 6-8pm at Mt. Zion A.M.E Church, Hwy. 24 East, Statesboro, Ga.
Final rites handled by the Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home Historic West End Chapel, Atlanta Ga.
