Mr. Fred Raymond Jr., age 72, passed away on Monday morning May 26th at 1:15am at Northshore Medical Hospital in Miami, Fl., after a long illness. He was a Bulloch County native but resided in Miami, Fl., for many years. At a young age he joined Mt. Zion A.M.E Church of Statesboro, Ga. He retired as a steel worker. He is survived by his loving daughters Mrs. Priscilla McClain(Tim) of Pembroke, Ga., Ms. Katrina Raymond of Rincon, Ga.; his loving sons Mr. Chris Raymond and Mr. Sheldon Raymond both of Lakeland, Fl., and Mr. Fred Patrick Raymond of Atlanta, Ga.; his loving sisters Ms. Eloise Lockhart and Mrs. Rosa Lee Wells(Henry) both of Brooklet, Ga.; her loving brothers Mr. Sylvester Raymond of Brooklet, Ga., and Mr. Russell Reed of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving aunts Ms. Helen Moss, Mrs. Francis Johnson(Eugene), and Ms. Patricia Roberson all of Statesboro, Ga., and Ms. Georgia Hayward of Hollywood, Fl.; a loving uncle Mr. Frank Walker of Hollywood, Fl.;and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing will be held Friday May 30th from 1-8pm at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Home Going Service for Mr. Fred Raymond Jr. will be Saturday May 31st at 1pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro, Chapel, 238 West Main Street, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Raphele Smith, Presiding and the Rev. Frankie Owens Sr., Eulogist. Interment will be held in Mt. Zion A.M.E Church Cemetery, Hwy. 24, Statesboro, Ga. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
