Mrs. Ethel Johnson, age 86 of Bloomingdale, Ga., passed peacefully at her residence on February 17, 2014, her birthday, with her son at her bedside under the care of Savannah Hospice. She was a member of the Macadonia Baptist Church of Ellabell, Ga., where she served as a Deaconess. She retired from One hour valley dry cleaners. She is survived by her loving son Mr. Craig Van(Deloris) of Bloomingdale, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing for Mrs. Ethel Johnson will be held Wednesday February 19th from 3-8pm at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel. Home going celebration for Mrs. Ethel Johnson will be Thursday February 20th at 11am at Macadonia Baptist Church, Ellabell, Ga., with the Rev. G.R. Conner Pastor/Officiating. Interment will be held in Church Cemetery. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
