Mr. Enoch Howard, age 92, passed peacefully away Saturday morning September 8th at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center surrounded by his family. He was a Jenkins County native, but resided in Bulloch County for many years. He was a member of Skull Creek Baptist Church of Millen, Ga. He retired from ITT Grinnell Corporation of Statesboro, Ga. He is survived by five daughters Mrs. Annie Howard Foreman of Atlanta, Ga., Mrs. Florine Howard Brantley and Mrs. Lassie Howard Lovett both of Savannah, Ga., Mrs. Mary Jane Howard Brewton of Manassas, Ga., and Mrs. Barbara Howard Brinson of Statesboro, Ga.; four sons Mr. William Howard(Venita) of Goldboro, N.C., Mr. Kenneth Howard of Statesboro, Ga., Mr. Riley Rackstone(Alice) of Rockledge, Fl., and Mr. George Parker(Mae) of Sylvania, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Friday September 14, 2012 at 11am at Whitesville Full Gospel Baptist Church, 306 Shelby Lane, Statesboro, Ga., with Bishop Matthew Odum, officiating and Bishop Larry Jones, Pastor. Interment will be held in Bulloch Memorial Gardens, Statesboro, Ga. Mr. Enoch Howard will lie-in-state from 10am until funeral hour, no viewing after eulogy. Family visitations will be Thursday September 13, 2012 from 7-8pm at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel.
