Mrs. Emma Lou Natson Florence, age 82, passed away on February 5th at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center after a long illness. She was a Screven County native and a member of Simmons Branch Baptist Church of Sylvania, Ga. She is survived by her loving sons Mr. Rufus Alex Florence and Mr. James Florence both of Statesboro, Ga.; her loving sister Mrs. Minnie Lou Darisaw of Louisville, Ga.; her loving grand daughter Ms. Krystal Reese of Pemborke, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing will be Wednesday February 11th from 1-8pm at Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Home Going celebration for Mrs. Emma Lou Florence will be held Thursday February 12th at 1pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, 238 West Main Street, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Wright E. White Jr., Presiding and the Rev. Joe Herrington, eulogist. Interment will be held in Simmons Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, Sylvania, Ga. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
