Mrs. Elzader Sanders, age 96, passed into eternal rest on Sunday December 2nd at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Chestnut Hill, PA. She was born in McDuffie County and was raised in Bryan County. She attended the Piney Grove Baptist Church of Statesboro at an early age. She resided in Philadelphia, PA., for many years. She retired as a cabinet maker in Philadelphia, PA. She is survived by a son Mr. Larry Porter of Sewell, New Jersey; a sister Mrs. Mattie B. Natson of Pembroke, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Elzader Sanders will be Saturday December 15, 2012 at 12noon in the Chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel, Pembroke, Ga., with Rev. Craig R. Tremble, eulogist. Interment will be held in Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Statesboro, Ga. Viewing will be held Saturday December 15, 2012 from 11am until the funeral hour. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
