Mr. Doy Love Jr., age 54, passed peacefully away on Thursday evening September 10th at the Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Facility after an extended illness. He was a Bulloch County native and a member of the Harmony Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Statesboro High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He retired as a truck driver for T.J. Morris and a self-employed landscaper. He is survived by his loving children Ms. Ashley Love of Statesboro, Ga., and Mr. Ned Love of Atlanta, Ga.; his loving sisters Ms. Lorine Lester, Mrs. Dora Hill(Johnny), Ms. Barbara Love, Mrs. Laura Harlie(Larry), and Mrs. Verlisha Sipp(Micheal) all of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving grandchildren Demeatris Davis Jr., Da'Mari Kitchen, Milan Kitchen of Statesboro, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends visitation for Mr. Doy Love Jr. will be Friday September 18, 2015 from 7-8pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Home Going Celebration for Mr. Doy Love Jr. will be Saturday September 19, 2015 at 11am at the Harmony Baptist Church, 98 Harmony Church Road, Statesboro, Ga., with the Pastor Troy Grubbs, Officiating. Interment will be held in Church Cemetery. Mr. Doy Love Jr. will lie-in-state from 10am until funeral hour. There will be no viewing after eulogy. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
