Dianne L. Pomeroy, age 53, passed away Saturday, September 19th at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Sharon Hill, PA., but resided in Bulloch County for many years. She attended Sharon Hill High School in Sharon Hill, PA. She was a 2006 graduate of Ogeechee Technical College where she received an Associate Degree in Accounting. She was a United States Army Veteran serving until 1983 as a Nurse. She was employed with Georgia Power Company with over 22 years of service. Dianne was known for her sense of humor and her willingness to always help others. She loved geology, crocheting, reading, and going to the beach, but her greatest love was that of her daughters and her precious granddaughter. She leaves to cherish fond memories her loving daughters Jennifer Lee Pomeroy of Reno, NV., and Michele Virginia Pomeroy of Statesboro, GA.; a loving granddaughter Madison Brant; her loving sisters Lisa Gulley of Darby, PA., Susan O'Brien of Pittsgrove, N.J., Joanne Bostworth of Marlton, N.J.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial Services for Dianne Pomeroy will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 11am in the Chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, 238 West Main Street, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Freddie Hodge, officiating. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
