Mr. Carnell Ivey Jr., age 54 of Pembroke, Ga., passed peacefully away on Friday February 20th at his residence. He was a Bryan county native and a member of Byrd Temple Church of Pembroke, Ga. He was a self-employed landscaper. He is survived by his loving daughter Ms. Christina Brinson; his loving sisters Mrs. Mary Wallace and Ms. Esther Ivey both of Pembroke, Ga., Mrs. Freddie Lavon Contrerasdiaz of Douglasville, Ga., and Mrs. Ruth Ivey Smith of Guyton, Ga.; his loving brothers Mr. Isaac Ivey of Register, Ga., and Mr. John Ivey of Atlanta, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends visitations will be Friday February 27th from 7-8pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel. Home Going Celebration for Mr. Carnell Ivey, Jr., will be Saturday February 28th at 1pm at the House of God Church Keith Dominion, 89 Byrd Temple Road, Pembroke, Ga., with Bishop Clary K. Butler, Pastor/Officiating and Bishop Rebecca W. Fletcher, Chief Overseer. Interment will be held in Stevens Grove Cemetery, Pembroke, Ga. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
