Obituary

Mr. Brantley William Barnes, age 61, passed after an extended illness at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Facility. He was a born in Screven County to the late Merritte and Gladys Barnes and attended Screven County High. He resided in Bulloch County for many years and was employed in Construction work until his health failed. He is survived by his loving sisters Mrs. Gladys McNeil-Bell(Raymond) and Mrs. Ernestine Cutter(Rev. Clifford) both of Philadelphia, PA., and Mrs. Mary Bryant of Savannah, Ga.; his loving brothers Mr. Adam Barnes(Sophie), Mr. Franklin Barnes, and Mr. Walter Barnes(Annie Ruth) all of Sylvania, Ga., and Mr. Johnny Barnes(Ora Lee) of Philadelphia, PA.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitations will be Sunday November 3rd from 1-3pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Celebration of Life services will be Sunday November 3rd at 3pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, 238 West Main Street, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Craig R. Tremble, Officiating. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
