Mrs. Annie Mae Roberson, age 74, passed away Monday November 18th at her residence after a short illness. She was a Bryan County native, but resided in Bulloch County for many years. She is retired from the Cooperweiss Industrial Plant of Statesboro, Ga. She was a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church where she sung in the church choir until her health failed. She is survived by her loving daughter Ms. Bonnie Lockhart of Jacksonville, Fl.; her loving sons Mr. Gerald Lockhart(Elaine) of Statesboro, Ga., Mr. Donald Lockhart(Stacey) of Brooklet, Ga., and Mr. Todd Roberson of Calhoun, Ga.; her loving sisters Mrs. Geraldine Washington of Statesboro, Ga., Ms. Pearlie Mae Lockhart of Savannah, Ga., and Mrs. Josephine Cone(Aaron Cone Jr.) of Brooklet, Ga.; her loving brothers Mr. Johnny Lockhart and Mr. Herbert Lockhart both of Brooklet, Ga., and Mr. Doy Glen Lockhart of California; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family visitations will be Friday November 22nd from 7-8pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel. Home Going celebration for Mrs. Annie Mae Roberson will be Saturday November 23rd at 1pm at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 197 Antioch Road, Brooklet, Ga., with Rev. Dr. Richard A. Lawrence, Pastor/Officiating. Interment will be held in Church Cemetery. Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
