Mr. Rico Smith, age 33, passed away on Thursday March 30th from injuries sustained in an accident at Memorial Health Medical Center of Savannah, Ga. He was a Bulloch County native. He attended the Statesboro High School Class of 2002. He was employed with A2Z Forestry and Trucking Company of Metter, Ga.

He is survived by his loving mother Darlene Smith( Step-father Ullysess Johnson) of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving father Emory Palmer of Statesboro, Ga.; a loving special friend Roz T. Daniels of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving children Shanija Smith, Cori Smith, Tamara Littles and Jabory Smith all of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving sisters Shamonnica Smith(Kelphie), Regina Greene(Kwamaine), Courtney Palmer, Kylee and Yinasia Rich all of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving brothers Kelvin Palmer, Marcus Black, Tevin Moore, Rodriquez Rawls, Kirstan Young all of Statesboro, Ga., and Terrell Carroll of Sparta, Ga.; his loving aunts Geneva Smith, Lela Burns(Woodrow), Annette S. Dekle, Denise Palmer, Anne Coleman-Young and Debra Lovett all of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving uncles Roy Smith(Judy), Donnie Smith, Lamar Smith(Mildred), Earl Smith(Latrese), Clinton Smith, Randy Smith(Judy), Randy Palmer, Larry Palmer, and Chris Palmer all of Statesboro, Ga., and Ricky Palmer of Jesup, Ga.; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Viewing will held Wednesday April 5, 2017 from 3-8pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel.

Home Going Celebration for Mr. Rico Smith will be held Thursday April 6, 2017 at 1pm in the chapel Snella's Place, Hwy. 301 North Allen Circle, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Donald Chavers, Officiating. Interment will be held in Bulloch Memorial Gardens, Hwy. 80 east, Statesboro, Ga.

Mr. Rico Smith will lie-in-state from 12pm until funeral hour. There will be no viewing after eulogy.

Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
