Mr. Flurry Gene Perry, age 64, of Pembroke, Ga., passed peacefully on Friday December 7th at Memorial Health University Hospital in Savannah, Ga. He was an Emmanuel County native having resided in Bryan County for many years. He was employed with the Bryan County Road Department. He was a member of the Beautiful Zion Baptist Church of Pembroke, Ga., where he served on the Hospitality committee. He love life, telling good jokes and laughing. He was a friend to everyone.
He is survived by his loving wife Mrs. Kim Perry of Pembroke, Ga.; his loving children Christina (Bernard) Thomas of Port Wentworth, Ga., Trenda Mutcherson, April (Mike) McCollum, and Flurry Perry Jr., all of Pembroke, Ga.; his loving siblings Angie (Kelvin) Simmons of Statesboro, Ga., Charles Lewis Perry, Minister Calvin (Tracy) Bell, and Lizzie Perry all of Swainsboro, Ga., Freddie (Cynthia) Moore, Rose Marie Moore, Eddie Moore, and Carolyn Moore all of Hendersonville, N.C., Alberta (Lloyd) Coopock of Atlanta, Ga., Sam (Brenda) Adams of Allendale, S.C., and Jimmy (Maranda) Moore of Orange Park, Fl.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Family and friends visitations will be held Friday December 14, 2018 from 5-7pm in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel.
Home Going Celebration for Mr. Flurry Gene Perry will be held Saturday December 15, 2018 at 1pm at the Michael Foxworth Recreation Center, Pembroke Ga., with the Rev. Earnest Harris, Officiating. Interment will be held in the Beautiful Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Pembroke Ga.
